1 of 3 secondary regulator issue

i have a 3 gauge in line secondary regulator set up and have no issues with the first 2 lines but the third line has started building pressure on its own. Bled the lines and keg and within 2 hours the pressure starts at 14 psi and builds to 40

I assume you are talking about a 3 regulator set up? If so, I'd look for a regulator rebuild kit for that one.
