co2 gasket reuse?

I seem to be losing gas once in a while. I pull everything apart, switch co2 bottles but save the gasket. Once when I wasn't getting any beer at all I changed bottles and put the system back together. Now I have a partial CO2 bottle,can I reuse the gasket?

Hopefully by now you have resolved issue. If the gasket is a grey or black fiber washer, normally intended for just one application. But if you do not have another, better to reuse versus have a leak or have system down. Often the gas company will attach a washer to cylinder. Or can order additional washers.
