Bev Air Kegerator 'problem'?

I have a two year old commercial unit from Beverage Air. It has worked wonderfully since the day I bought it. Plug and play: set the temp, hooked it all up, and perfect pours. My last barrel my CO2 was running low and the beer started to come out half foam. I finished the keg, got the CO2 refilled, and attached a new barrel of fresh beer.

I am still getting a ton of foam... very odd. Temp is still good, but you can see clear beer coming out of the faucet for 2 seconds, then a half second shot of foam, then 2 seconds of beer, etc..

What could this be? Has my coupler gone bad?? The keg is a citra hopped IPA and CO2 is around 12 psi with 5 feet of line. This has been my set up for over two years and has never showed ANY problems with similar brews purchased each time.

Keg could be under carbed at this point. Do you see clear beer in the lines? keg might just need a day or so to recarbonate to proper levels.

Check both the coupler and the seal on top of the keg for damage

Small tear in keg seal will do this ... even the smallest of tears too, need a small washer (like whats in the back of a faucet, preferably the flat ones, not the "fat boys" , place it over the tear in the seal, and slowly retap keg, take a pour, it may spit at first pull, but try again and it should clear up if you got the washer on it correctly ... too big of a tear in the keg seal and there is nothing you can do but return the keg for another... how big is hard to decide, I just know by looking at them all the time lol

its been a few days now and no difference. Its 'normal' colored beer coming out for 2 seconds, then a half second of foam, then repeat. Causing beer to foam up bad in the pitcher or glass..

Its been with two kegs in a row now so I doubt its a problem with the keg itself. Coupler doesn't look like its damaged.. but I'm no expert.
