Welp, I'm new to this board and own a Sanyo Kegerator. I use it about 2-3 times a year for my major parties. Every October I get a keg of my fav, Sam Adam's Octoberfest. Last year I grabbed a keg of Goose Island Octoberfest and it was grand! This summer I nabbed a keg of Bell's Oberon. (It's great with orange slices! Kinda like a Blue Moon.)

My big party is on Oct 7th and I'm tapping this bad boy Oct 1st to kick off the season of Octy beers! Love 'em!

Blew my second keg of Winterhook last night. Company coming on Friday so will pick up another one tomorrow. After that, probably time to move on to something new. My buddy just got a kegerator and had a keg of Newcastle so will bo over there for football and beer on New Year's day. Brings up the point, many people who have been over claim they are going to get themsleves a kegerator, this is the first guy to actually do it. My brother in law went out to get one but they didn't have any in stock where he went. Any of you guys have people actually follow through on buying one after drinking off yours?

Had our Christmas party last night. Kegerator, obviously, was a big hit. Perhaps the best part is that when it came time for clean up this morning I only had two or three beer bottles to cart down to the recycling bin.

my 4yo girl took an interest in watching me pour one as well. but she is into so many toys and videos she lost interest. believe me, that scenario was in the back of my mind too, and not her letting it run all over, but drinking it. I have left my glass on the bench a few times to go to b'room and came back and she was nipping on it, the lil ****. she is good to go now

By the way, a little story. I picked up some Beer Line Cleaner at my local home brew supply store with my 7-year old son. He was looking at a tap lock they have near the counter and the clerk commented how his buddies young son likes to watch the beer flow from the tap (don't we all?). He said the kid went over to the kegerator one night and pumped out a full keg of Spaten all over the floor. I thought I wouldn't need that lock until my kid was a teenager but maybe I will invest early.

TG, after drinking this stuff all afternoon I am making a vow never to go that long without a keg again. I don't know what I was thinking.

Well, after a week and a half without keg beer I am now hooked up with a fresh keg of Winterhook. Decided to wait a bit as our Christmas party is coming up next weekend and I didn't want to risk running out of beer. Happy Holidays to all.
we had our company party last night, great food and such, but all they had on draft was bud and coors light. they usually get killians red but o well it was free. Everybody have a great holiday season, because I sure will, burpppppppppp [xx(] lol

I bet your local store could probably get you some of that stuff. Just use the list as an example of what is available and see what can be shipped to you. It's nice having sixtels. You don't get too tired of the same beer for too long and you can fit 2 in a kegerater (although I have not done that yet.)

Bock - I think you misunderstood. The Paulaner I have is a 1/2 keg. The Victory lager is the sixtel. I got the Victory at Exton Beverage, which I am sure you are familiar with.

Where did you pick up that Paulaner sixtel? I'd love to match it up with a Victory Golden Monkey as I live about 4 miles from Victory Brewing HQ.

At least until SHINER starts distributing in this region....
